We have created easy-to-follow documentation and video tutorials for each of our themes. 

While our docs and video tutorials are sufficient to help you set up your site, you might need quick help in some cases.

It is where VIP Support comes in handy. With VIP Support service, you get the following for 12 months:

• Your support tickets will be answered first from the queue. It means you can expect fast response and quick resolution to your issues.
• Provide minor CSS customization code
• Help debug the issue resulting from theme or plugin conflict and provide guidance to resolve it.
• Provide recommendations (if any) to improve your site.

VIP Support service doesn’t cover the following:

• Our product customization or adding new features. For this, we have customization services for which you can hire us.
• Doing extensive customization with CSS code.

This service is valid for a single website. Our team offers support during business days ( 9 AM – 6 PM UTC +5:45) and occasionally during weekends.
