Today, we are sharing an interview with Mariela Pineda. She is based in London and working at the Microsoft store.
Please take some time to go through our tête-à-tête with Mariela, to explore her story.
1. Can you tell us about yourself and your profession?
I am a 23-year-old graduate. I’m currently working at the Microsoft store in London, saving money to travel. After graduating, I started looking into how I can be better with money management and find different side hustles/ projects I can do. I read a lot of books and watched a lot of informative Youtube videos and I learned so much! I wanted to document my learnings and have something like a blog that presented it really nicely.
2. When and how did you start your first blog/website?
I started my blog two years ago using Wordpress. Luckily, my uncle bought my domain (which is my first name) when I was younger so I am able to have that domain!
3. How did you hear about us?
On the Wordpress themes.
4. What made you choose Blossom Themes?
I was instantly attracted to the chic, feminine and professional looking template of Blossom Chic. I also loved how helpful and informative the website was!
5. Which Blossom Themes’ theme are you using and why?
Blossom Travel Pro because it is so beautiful! Even better, it is super easy to use. The homepage theme looks more like a personal brand website by adding different sections like the Gallery, Maps and Destination Guides etc.
6. Can you name 3 features you love the most?
1. The Gallery section on the front page- so pretty!
2. The well-presented widgets on the post sidebar (e.g. the category sliders look so chic and professional)
3. The post signature option is so useful
7. In your opinion, what are the perks of using our theme?
There are so many. First, it is super easy to make an amazing-looking website without worrying too much about the technical steps to get there. All the themes are so beautiful but the Travel Pro is in my opinion, super versatile. The service is also impeccable! Any time I needed support, I would always get a reply within minutes. I also love how responsive they are with feedback. If there was a feature you feel like you wanted to have, you can request a feature and I’m sure they will do their best to make it happen!
