Today, we are sharing the interview with Sera Hayashi. She works as an independent counselor and Healer Therapist. She offers different services on her website and is also the owner of an online store of crystal and healing items.
Please take some time to go through our tête-à-tête with Sera, to explore her story.
1. Can you tell us about yourself and your profession?
I am Japanese living in Tokyo, not a native English speaker. I work as an independent counselor, healer therapist. Now I am also the owner of an online store for crystals and healing items.
2. When and how did you start your first blog/website?
I was a user of WordPress from several years ago from different organizations and themes, I paid almost 10 times more than purchasing Blossom Themes to make that website. It was very expensive and did not even look great. I accidentally run into this Blossom Themes store and switched to the main website [Blossom Coach Pro] 2021 summer, and later I made an online store with [Blossom Shop Pro] soon after.
3. How did you hear about us?
I only read a few reviews before I purchase actually, but reading the several reviews, I soon got to know these themes are easy for beginners / capable without knowing the programming and coding knowledge, also many freelance woman users recommended. So I thought it’s perfect for me.
4. What made you choose Blossom Themes?
Easy to build a website for those who are not familiar with programming/coding knowledge, and also great support. You can ask directly to the support about technical issues via email once you purchase the pro theme. The support person is very kind and patient. And using WordPress / WooCommerce won’t cost anything other than server security, so it’s great for startups and those who want total rights and control over the website/store compared to other EC services.
5. Which Blossom Themes’ theme are you using and why?
I use Blossom Coach Pro for the main website, and Blossom Shop Pro for the online store which I build in the sub-domain of the main website. Blossom Coach Pro has a store feature but I had struggled to design it to look good as an independent shop, its more like an additional feature for the personal website so I started to use Blossom Shop Pro for the store, and it looks professional, clean, also that was you can separate two sites in one, easy to organize.

7. In your opinion, what are the perks of using our theme?
The unlimited technical support via email, also its great that stays one person you can contact always.
8. Do you have any suggestions for us to improve our services and create a better user experience?
For the shop feature, I wish there is an easier feature for sending announcements to the client, like a direct auto newsletter for new items or some simple push notifications you can send to the client list.

10. Would you recommend our themes to your friends or colleagues?
Yes, if you are familiar with WordPress and the English language, I really recommend it.
Unfortunately, I live in Japan and might be a little difficult for Japanese speakers to use them without translations. But if they release multi language theme I will definitely recommend it to everyone.
11. Please share your brief testimonial about your experience with us and our products.
This has been great using Blossom Themes so far. I could build very nice-looking websites without any professional skills, also the support is wonderful. I really hope the theme gets updated as the years pass and I can upgrade/ use the Blossom Themes for a long time as my own business grow.
